In addition to her work with the body, Jean Vitrano leads mindfulness workshops and groups and offers private sessions for clients who want to help manage stress, find clarity and greater presence in their lives. She does this through mindfulness meditation practices and exercises that help us stay in the present moment, touch gratitude, compassion and loving-kindness. Through this work, she has assisted people facing high moments of anxiety or stress, those in transition, anyone wanting to face a specific issue with greater awareness.
