A Mindful Life is a facilitated group intended to serve as a weekly refuge for each of you to practice the tools to help you live with ease, mindfulness and joy.  It will be a time for yourself - a spacious place to be just as you are.  We will work as a group, in pairs, and individually - respectful of the needs and energy of the group.  Some of the weekly practices will include:


• Mindfulness meditation (guided, silent, loving-kindness, and walking)

• Sharing (practicing deep listening and speech) about our practices and experiences

• Reflective writing exercises

• Body awareness and relaxation practices

• Practices that water positive seeds and facilitate gratitude

• Practices that develop greater self-compassion


This will be an on-going group, though participants commit to 8 week segments to keep a cohesive group experience. 

Limited to 12 participants.

This group will provide a space for women to talk about a host of different issues with the support of other like-minded women.  Topics related to fostering healthy relationships, balancing family life and outside obligations, enhancing self-image and easing stress will be discussed.

Overwhelmed with stuff? Want to live a life without clutter? Don’t know where to start or how to let go of your stuff without regret? This support group is for people who are looking for a place to share their dilemmas on how to remove the clutter from their lives and applying weekly goals to make that happen. This will be a confidential group lead by Diane Thomson, Professional Organizer and Life Management Coach. Diane will offer education, methodology, thought provoking questions and encourage interaction to help each participant find their own path to de-cluttering and living a more organized lifestyle. Each group member will be asked to be a collaborative participant, engaging actively, respectfully and without judgment.
